What is THCA and is it legal in Wisconsin?
THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw cannabis and hemp plants. In Wisconsin, hemp-derived THCA products are legally available under the 2018 Farm Bill as long as the delta-9 THC content is below 0.3% by dry weight.
